New paper on choice of law for joint cross-border public procurement by iProcureNet partner Mari Ann Simovart (Uni Tartu)

iProcureNet partner Mari Ann Simovart from the University of Tartu has published a paper on “Choice of law applicable to joint cross-border public procurement by central purchasing bodies or under occasional collaboration agreements” (Procurement Law Journal 01/21, p. 1), based partly on her iProcureNet findings.

The paper is Open Access and can be downloaded on the website of the Procurement Law Journal – PLJ.
